Where the data comes from
Every figure on this site is parsed from public filings on SEC EDGAR — primarily 10-K, 10-Q, DEF 14A (proxy), 8-K, Form 4, and Schedule 13G/13D. We do not source from third-party data vendors.
How often it updates
New filings are ingested and re-parsed nightly at approximately 02:00 UTC. Most companies are processed within 24 hours of a filing appearing on EDGAR. Ratio and aggregate metrics recompute on the same schedule.
Limitations & disclaimers
Parsing accuracy varies, particularly for compensation tables in older or unconventional proxy formats. Historical figures may be restated. Nothing on this site is investment advice; numbers should be verified against the original filing before being relied on.
